This is a retreat to rest and reset.
Each day will include gentle, grounding movement - yoga, Pilates, meditation in nature, and mindful hikes. Practices designed to support and down-regulate your nervous system.
All meals are organised for you.
Massage appointments are booked as well as thermal bathing, waterfall adventures, bush walks and winery experiences are all organised.
You simply arrive and receive.
Leave the rush behind and reconnect with your body and mind.
Nestled amongst towering gum trees and native bushland, Bodhi is your sanctuary for three nights of deep rest, nourishment and exploring in nature.
You will awaken to the sound of birds and the gentle sway of the trees.
You'll step onto your cabin porch and enjoy a cup of tea in the hammock as you watch the sun rise. No agenda. No rush.
Your cabin becomes your cocoon, complete with a Coonara fireplace for slow afternoons spent reading the books you’ve been meaning to finish.
Later, you wander through the property to the treatment space for your massage and facial, completely taken care of. No cooking. No planning. No organising. Every detail thoughtfully curated for you.
In the afternoons, we’ll explore the magic of Daylesford - soaking in the mineral hot springs, chasing waterfalls, bush walking, and enjoying wine tasting and a late lunch at one of the region’s beautiful local wineries.
