Our Sri Lanka Yoga & Adventure Retreat is a journey through some of the country's most beautiful landscapes, blending movement, mindfulness, culture and adventure into one unforgettable experience.
This is an invitation to step outside your everyday life - to travel, to let your hair down, explore new landscapes, and experience the magic of a culture completely different from your own
Each day begins and ends with yoga, Pilates, meditation, and guided journalling to help you stay connected to your body, regulate your nervous system, and integrate everything you’re experiencing on and off the mat.

Delicious & Nourishing Food
We begin in Colombo, where we'll immerse ourselves in the rich history and vibrant culture of Sri Lanka’s biggest city through a guided walking tour and welcome dinner. This is an opportunity to connect with the group, learn about the country's fascinating past and ease into the retreat experience.
The following day, we travel south to Ahangama, where we'll spend five nights nestled amongst the jungle in a stunning bare stone cottage surrounded by nature.
Here, life slows down. Our days will be filled with yoga, meditation, breathwork, journalling and meaningful connection, balanced with adventure and exploration.
We'll spend time surfing, wandering through local villages, enjoying scenic train journeys along the coastline, exploring jungle trails and soaking up the beauty of Sri Lanka's breathtaking beaches.
As our journey continues, we'll travel to the wild landscapes of Yala National Park for two nights. We'll experience the excitement of safari adventures, with the chance to witness elephants, leopards, water buffalo.
This is more than a yoga retreat. It's an opportunity to step away from everyday life, immerse yourself in a new culture, connect with incredible people and create memories that will stay with you long after you return home.

Our Sri Lanka retreat begins on Saturday 14th November with an opening ceremony, grounding yoga and guided journaling.
This will be followed by a family-style dinner over-looking the jungle at our beautiful villa on the south coast.
You are invited to join us a day before our retreat begins (Nov 13th) for a historical walking tour of Colombo and a special pre-retreat welcome dinner.
This is a chance to learn about the history and culture of the country, connect with all of the retreat guests, start building connections and to ground and arrive fully before retreat begins.
The following day we will take van 3 hours south to Ahangama where our retreat will begin.
To make your travel seamless, we work closely with a wonderful travel agent who can help you choose and book your flights.
